Licensed EMT
I completed a 4 month course on prehospital emergency care, accumulated 24 clinical hours, and passed the state psychomotor and national registry exams to become a licensed emergency medical technician.
Honors College
I am a member of the Honors College at Indiana University Indianapolis. This program aims to academically challenge students, while also emphasizing leadership and community service.
Internship
I am participating in an internship with Fast Track Physical Therapy. Through this experience, I am learning more about patient care, insurance reimbursement, and rehabilitation techniques.
Studying Abroad
I traveled to Costa Rica where I studied sustainable development practices. Studying abroad widened my perspective to consider global issues and cultural perspectives.
